Q: How old does my child have to be to attend Little Gators?

A: Girls need to be 2 by August 1st and boys need to be 2 by July 15th. 

Q: How long has Little Gators been around?

A: Little Gators opened in 1984. 

Q: How many teachers are at the school?

A: There are 3 to 4 teachers per 27 children.

Q: Does my child need to be potty trained?

A: Your child does not need to be potty trained. We feel that all children are potty trained at different times when they are ready. 

Q: How long is the school year?

A: September through June. 

Q: Is Little Gators religious?

A: No.

Q: Do you celebrate birthdays?

A: We celebrate once a month for all of the kids who were born in that month.

Q: Are you a nut free school?

A: Yes

Q: What type of school are you?

A: Academic, calendar based, and teacher lead.

Q: Do you go on Field Trips?

A: We only take our Pre-K on field trips. We do not take our 2 and 3 year olds.

Q: Are your teachers CPR trained & certified?

A: Yes

Q: Since you are a half day program what do the children do before or after school?

A: Most of our children have a full day because of other activities they do. Please contact us for more information. 

 Q: Does Little Gators help in the Kindergarten admissions process?

A: Since 1984 Little Gators kids have been placed in both independent, private and parochial Catholic and public schools. The priority is always on the individual child and what is the best fit for them and their parents.
